NACOC cracks down on drug trade in Budumburam, arrests multiple suspectsThe commission cautioned prospective applicants to deal directly and exclusively with NACOC through its Cannabis Regulations Department (CRD). NACOC also reiterated that the recreational use of cannabis remains illegal in Ghana. NACOC affirmed its commitment to safeguarding public health and safety while supporting lawful innovation and industrial development in the country.
