Human Rights Solidarity said it had documented 152 victims of violence acts in Libya in the first quarter of 2019. The organization said in a report that most of the victims - 131 - were civilians, adding that kidnapping victims were about 47%, murder amounted to 35% and arrest victims reached 15%. Then came Benghazi with 22 victims - two thirds of whom were murdered or assassinated. The report added that 16% of victims - 25 persons - are missing and thus added on the list of forced disappearances, saying also that 47 victims have been killed. The report of the Human Rights Solidarity covered the period from January 01 to March 31 of 2019 and it did not cover any of the victims of the ongoing fighting in Tripoli which started in April.
