The Libyan Ambassador to Bulgaria, Miftah Abu Shaala, has discussed with Bulgarian Minister of Transport and Communications Nikolay Sabev, ways to activate the agreements and memoranda of understanding signed between the two countries, reviewing coordination to conduct consultative visits between both countries officials. The two sides also discussed the file of the Libyan tanker "Badr", which has been detained in Bulgaria since 2018, in addition to the possibility of operating flights by Libyan Airlines, and a number of issues of common interest, according to the Libyan Embassy in Bulgaria Facebook page.
