Representatives of UNICEF, other UN agencies and several Libyan ministries met in Tripoli today to discuss child protection, according to a statement by UNICEF. During the meeting, officials from the Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Social Affairs,, Social Solidarity Fund, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, as well as WFP, UNFPA Libya and IOM Libya, discussed “progress under Pillar 3 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework for Social and Human Capital Development in Libya”.
