The Libyan Scholars Association said it is very important to activate the security and military agreement between Turkey and Libya to defend Tripoli. The remarks came in an emergency conference for the association to discuss the offensive of Khalifa Haftar's forces on Tripoli. Libyans' blood is on the hands of the religious scholars of those countries". They explained that Haftar's forces used "Christians and atheists to invade Tripoli". On Saturday, the Turkish Parliament approved the security and military MoU with Libya, knowing that the President Council's government okayed it last Thursday.
