The Ministry of Education of the Government of National Unity has signed an agreement with the Italian company Rotolito to print and supply school books ahead of the 2026–2027 academic year. Under the agreement, a total of 37,093,455 copies of school books across 251 titles for various educational levels will be printed, along with 200,495,905 school booklets, ensuring full coverage for educational institutions across the country, according to the Our Government platform. During the signing ceremony, newly appointed Minister of Education Mohammed Al-Qurayou stressed the importance of completing the project to the highest quality standards and on schedule, ensuring that all school books reach students at the start of the academic year.
