But the same old system is operational in Liberia and elsewhere. Some of us are calling for the new thing but are still doing the old thing. It is a money-driven experience that has led the people of Liberia to conclude that violence places Liberia in the wrong direction. But Liberia is being placed in the right direction through awareness raising within the Rule of Law rather than the rule of outlaw. When persons with good records get elected to bring in the system of Justice, the indispensable ingredient for Peace and Progress in Liberia and in any other country.
