Monrovia – The Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice Tuesday, February 19, 2019 ordered the detention of Bobby Doebad , 52, at the Monrovia Central Prison for allegedly raping two girls, aged 10 and three. “ In an interview with police, both victims stated that on February 10 and 11 respectively they were sexually abused (fingered) by the Defendant (Bobby Doebah),” the police report added. The third witness, Mary Dahn also of the Symthe Road Community, said she saw the Defendant kissing the three-year-old victim but did not state where they were kissing. During an investigation, Defendant Doebah denied the allegation but the police resolved to charged him based on the medical report from the Hope for Women International Medical Center on the A.B. However, while was being escorted to the Monrovia City Court Tuesday, February 19, Doebah again denied the allegation.
