Officials and Guests At The 50th Anniversary Of ICAMonrovia – The Insurance Company of Africa (ICA) has vowed to make Liberia an insurance friendly environment through its (ICA) policies and program that will benefit the country and its people. As the company celebrates its golden jubilee — 50 years of existence — the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, has recounted the many successes by the company over those years. He said Liberians deserve an insurance company that covers many sides including home, small business and auto insurance, as well as retirement and finance. “We from the ICA stand ready to put Liberia on par with other insurance sectors around Africa and the world-at-large,” he said. Between 1969 and 2011, [for a period of 42 years], ICA operated from leased premises, but now (from 2011), ICA operates from its own premises.
