Monrovia – The leaders of four leading opposition political parties in Liberia today signed a Memorandum of Understanding agreeing to intensify efforts leading to the consummation of what many political observers say is the first step toward establishing a united front against the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change. Mr. Urey, who was declared as the first rotating chairman of the arrangement said the signing marks a history-making day for Liberia. Collectively all four parties signing the document Thursday represent 47.2% of Liberians who cast their votes in the first round of the 2017 presidential elections. Thursday’s announcement brought supporters from all four political parties and a cross section of Liberia.
