Liberia: Former Chief Justice Scott Takes Witness Stand, Says Govt’s Indictment against Her is “Wicked Lies”


Scott, a licensed lawyer, accused individuals with a calculated agenda of attempting to destroy both her and her family. Justice Scott claimed that the government showed no interest in finding Charloe’s murderer but instead preconceived and premeditated charges against her from the very day of the murder. They allegedly inflicted several bodily injuries on Charloe Musu, leading to her death and violating the penal laws of Liberia. The case is set to continue on Friday, November 17, 2023, with the State cross-examining the former Chief Justice.
