Trump on Wednesday announced the decision to pull all 2,000 U.S. troops from Syria as he suddenly, on Twitter, declared victory over the Islamic State — contradicting his own experts' assessments. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker, R-Tenn., and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., slammed the decision. Corker said that in his 12 years in Congress, he's "never seen a decision like this." He said there was no communication on the move "and all of a sudden this type of massive decision takes place."
