Liam Gallagher (pictured above) founded the clothing label in 2009 and it has since gone on to open concession stores in department stores across the UKLiam Gallagher’s fashion label Pretty Green could become the latest victim of the High Street bloodbath as it ‘prepares to appoint administrators next week’. Founded in 2009 the business has filed a notice of intention to appoint Moorfields Advisory to handle insolvency problems, Sky News reported. This comes as the UK high street continues to be hit, as more and more retail units are being left empty due to the rise of online shopping. Pretty Green employs around 180 people in the UK and serves around 100 customers from its wholesale business and also trades from concessions in UK department stores such as John Lewis. Pretty Green has stores across the UK including this one in London's Carnaby Street (pictured above)In recent years the brand has also developed various clothing ranges which pay homage to Liverpool band the Beatles and guitarist Jimi Hendrix.
