Li Ka-shing and Victor Li Tzar-kuoi acquired 6.571 million shares of CK Asset (1113) at an average price of HK$47.9071, HK$48.0515, HK$48.3737 and HK$48.1155 per share on May 4, May 5, May 6 and May 6 respectively, through a wholly-owned subsidiary of Li Ka Shing (Global) Foundation. As a result, the deemed interests of Li in CK Asset increased from 34.5 percent to 34.68 percent and rose from 34.57 percent to 34.74 percent for Victor Li.
