Ong, who said that Javier made “several untruthful statements” in her CoC, such as her status as a voter and residency. Ong bared in his complaint that Javier filed her CoC on October 17, 2018 as a private individual. But in her voter registration filed just a month earlier, Javier said she had been a Jaro resident for 43 years.
