Levin kids get baseball lessons from New York YankeeWarwick Smith 15012017 News photo: WARWICK SMITH/FAIRFAX NZ Baseball star Didi Gregarious who plays with the New York Yankees visits the Horowhenua Events Centre in Levin to conduct a clinic with Levin's recently formed and only baseball team, Levin Hustle. ​Gregorius, 26, plays shortstop for the famous New York Yankees team, but started off playing softball in his home country, Netherlands. Levin Hustle Baseball Club programme co-ordinator Hendrix Warren said the club had been running since October, and had already managed to sign up nearly 20 members. Warren, sporting a Yankees shirt for the day, had also been a baseball fan for some time. Levin Hustle had one team for under-13s, but Warren said he was keen to see that grow.
