Emergency footingPrior to the Super City, Auckland’s local councils worked together and developed five or six well-managed emergency operation centres (EOC) throughout the whole region. The only fly in the ointment has been the ongoing churlish behaviour of Mayor Brown. This was the real deal, and it appears that Wayne Brown is not.
