There is a strong lobby of corporations who are influencing policymakers, for their own profit, into believing that climate change is a myth—believers include current US President Donald Trump. The documentary argues that deforestation, carbon emissions and use of fossil fuels is propelling this earth towards an early demise, unless we act now. You can be on either side of the fence—as a believer in climate change or not. Most of us know what’s good for the earth and the environment, but when it conflicts with what’s good for us, we tend to favour the latter. While it is difficult to act against or ignore policies, believers in climate change like DiCaprio, Gaia Foundation, Sanctuary Asia work tirelessly and optimistically.
