Contrary to others’ opinions, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez couldn’t be a stronger proponent of small businesses. She not only owns a small business, but she also conducted her entire campaign around helping other small businesses. And she is a member of the House Small Business Committee. Voting in Rep. Perez as the 3rd District representative was the best thing we did, and we’re all the better for it. Perez has made good on her campaign promises by engaging with small-business owners and her constituents.
