The topic of what makes highly effective leaders has been extensively written about by numerous authors and pundits, often citing differences between good leaders and great leaders. It is frequently suggested that great leaders possess the following attributes:• Selflessness and humility, inspiring others to do better, and who are not afraid of their limitations. • Great leaders admit they don’t know all the answers, and relentlessly pursue resources and people who do have the best answers. However, the most important quality of great leadership is the one that Milo Smith has in abundance: Integrity. As a 19-year resident of Columbus, Indiana, I am suggesting that a vote for Milo Smith will provide us with the next mayor that will operate from the basis that character counts, every time.
