OTHER NEWS:Natural Resources Wales took over responsibility from the Environment Agency on 1 April 2013 and standards virtually overnight declined . The bad state of our rivers and coastal waters in Wales has a lot to do with Natural Resources Wales. It was a big downgrade for Wales when this incompetent outfit took over from the Environment Agency who are not perfect. I was sat only 10 feet away from the NRW representative who out of the blue withdrew all their objections against the wind farms and pylon routes. My interpretation of his facial response was of astonishment and disgust at the NRW representative statement who sat adjacent to him.
