more-inThe city police on Monday arrested 12 persons and seized lethal weapons from them. “The accused purchased the deadly weapons, including swords, daggers and long knifes, through online retail websites. They used to take photographs with the prohibited arms, posting them on social media to create panic among general public,” said P. Radhakishan Rao, DCP, Task Force. He said that 10 swords, two daggers and an long knife were seized from their possession. Hence, we instruct them not to sell or deliver the prohibited arms through their services,” Mr. Rao said.
