LAHORE – The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has submitted a 27-point plan to the Lahore High Court to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply and safety measures during the Basant festival. According to LESCO’s report, a Central Control and Command Center will be established at the LESCO headquarters to address electricity-related complaints. In addition, a control room will be set up at the Commissioner’s Office to ensure coordination with the provincial government. The report further stated that a dedicated control room will be established at the Data Darbar Division to ensure continuous power supply in the Lahore Walled City. Liberty Chowk, Jail Road, Canal Road, Mall Road, and Main Boulevard Gulberg have been adorned, presenting a colorful and festive view for residents and visitors alike.
