LEGAZPI CITY –– The religious events in connection with the observance of Holy Week would be aired live through radio and television broadcast and other social media platforms, the Diocese of Legazpi announced Saturday. ADVERTISEMENTBaylon said celebrating mass through live broadcast and digital live streaming complies with the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine guidelines prohibiting crowd gathering as a measure against the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). “All these [masses] will be at St. Jude Parish because of the internet service there,” Baylon said. He urged parishioners to stay at home and listen and watch the masses at their favorite local radio stations and FB. He also asked his parishioners to watch on television the Papal Liturgical Ceremonies for Holy Week and Easter carried live on national and foreign television networks.
