MANILA, Philippines — Lies being propagated against her remain a challenge to fulfilling her mandate, Vice President Leni Robredo said Thursday. The vice president suffered a 13-point decline in her net trust rating in the first quarter of the year, according to the latest Social Weather Stations survey. The trust and support of the Filipino people serve as a "light" to her to improve her work, the vice president said. Last week, Robredo vowed to fight "fake news" after calling out a columnist who wrote lies about her Germany trip.
