Leinster A came from behind in the second half to secure a share of the spoils with Munster A in their Interprovincial Series rematch played at Rockwell College on Friday afternoon. Leinster replied when they kicked a penalty deep into the Munster 22. Munster won a penalty deep in their own half that Butler kicked down the line. Leinster knocked the ball in their own half after being driven back by a hungry Munster defence. Leinster came out strong in the second half to score the first try of the second half when captain John McKee scoring from the maul, to leave it 26-12.
