School students form a human chain to spread awareness on prohibition in Patnaon Wednesday. The bench also asked the government to respond on why schoolchildren are being used in the proposed human chain. "What does the government intend to convey by including schoolchildren in the formation of a human chain? The proposed human chain, which would cover all panchayats, blocks and districts of Bihar, would be spread along more than 11,000km across the state. The government aims to set a world record for the longest human chain.
