BEIRUT (AP) " The lawyer of a prominent Lebanese journalist who hosted a talk show on Egypt's private ONTV says she has arrived in Beirut after being deported by Egyptian authorities. Lawyer Zyad el-Elaimy says she arrived in Beirut early Tuesday. Hours later, she was escorted to the airport, where she took a flight to Beirut shortly before midnight. Since taking office, the government has shown little tolerance for criticism, banning protests and taking programs off the air. El-Elaimy says on his Twitter account that Daoud's first comment was that she will challenge her deportation.
