The two were allegedly killed on suspicion they stole a phone owned by the officer at Nyadenda trading centre on Saturday night. Area MP John Mbadi, Ruma Kaksingri MCA Ellyphalet Osuri and his Gwassi South counterpart Nicholas Ayieta now want those linked to the deaths punished. Mr Osuri said it was wrong for the officer to say the two men were killed by civilians. Mr Mbadi promised to write to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to recommend prosecution of those suspected to have committed the act.
