Lea Michele took to Instagram on Thursday to pay tribute to her late partner and “Glee” co-star, Cory Monteith, on the 10th anniversary of his death. Michele has consistently shared tributes to Monteith on social media since his death. A three-part series focusing on Monteith’s death and other controversies and tragedies surrounding “Glee” will premiere on Monday. During the show’s fourth season, Monteith took a temporary leave of absence to seek treatment for his substance abuse. Michele has since been open about her love for Monteith and how he made her feel special throughout their relationship.
