The lawyer claims the BRAC University teacher's comments in a Facebook post have undermined the image of judiciary. Lawyer Zunu said in the notice that Afsan Chowdhury violated Section 57 of the ICT Act in various Facebook posts like one titled 'O statue, to whom do you belong?' Chowdhury spoke about the removal of the Lady Justice statue from the main Supreme Court complex. He said he never heard of lawyer Zunu, let alone know him. "I am a fan of the chief justice (SK Sinha).
