A member of the National Assembly, Alhaji Abubakar Hussaini-Moriki, representing Zurmi/Shinkafi Federal Constituency in Zamfara, has begun the empowerment of 400 youths. Abdul’aziz Yari, inaugurated the empowerment programme on Saturday in Zurmi town, Zurmi Local Government Area. Yari, who lauded the lawmaker for the assistance given to his constituency, said it would improve their welfare and reduce poverty among them. Earlier, the lawmaker, Alhaji Husaini Moriki said the assistance was in the area of material empowerment, education and health for the people. He said he had embarked on the construction of Anti-Natal Care and Maternity Ward at the Primary Health Care in Dauran, Zurmi Local Government Area.
