Laura Christine Leeker and Kyle Edward Priddle were married June 29 at the Duke Mansion in Charlotte, N.C. Bridget Sweeney, an ordained Metaphysical minister, officiated. The bride, 33, who graduated from Auburn University, is a Ph.D. candidate in the history of art at Ohio State, and a teaching assistant there in the history of art department. She is the daughter of Judith Ann Leeker and Donald George Leeker Jr. of St. Louis. The bride’s father retired as the president of the Olympic Marine Company, an operator of barges on the Mississippi, Missouri, Illinois and Ohio Rivers. He graduated summa cum laude from Eastern Illinois University.
