The company expects to enter administration later on Monday after appointing advisers from PwC to oversee the process. Katherine Poulter, chief executive officer of the business, said she is "hopeful" that it will find a buyer for the brand. "The vision also included reconnecting with our traditional values and our strong British heritage and focusing on developing Laura Ashley as a lifestyle brand. "I remain unwavering in my belief that Laura Ashley can and should retain the place it deserves in the international retail landscape.
