MNLF Chairman Nur Misuari said that they have chosen Bulacan as the launching of the Misuari-Duterte Tandem for Federalism for peace because of its historical significance. He said, the people countrywide should dedicate the Federalism form of government to their siblings and to the next generations. Joel Obar, MNLF legal consultant explained the real benefits and the advantages of the Federalism form of government.
