Update 5pm: The Russian Ambassador to Ireland has described the decision to expel a Russian diplomat as "unwarranted, uncalled for, senseless and regrettable". Yury Filatov, the Russian Ambassador, criticised the decision and denied that Russia was involved in the nerve attack.
