In the latest health inspection reports released by the Darien Health Department, two food-serving establishments in town were rated “Fair” and one was rated “Good.”The inspections took place on April 12 and 15. Any establishment actually deemed unsafe can be closed by the town Health Department until violations are fixed. Town Health Director David Knauf says that has never happened in the time he’s been with the department.
