MANILA, Philippines – Reelectionist senators JV Ejercito and Bam Aquino failed to crack the Magic 12 of the midterm elections; senatorial derby, based on the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting’s (PPCRV) latest partial and unofficial count Friday night. The PPCRV, as of 7:52 p.m. Friday, has so far tallied votes from 86,047 out of 87,851 vote counting machines nationwide (97.95 percent).
