Latest Filipina beauty queen back homeNewly – crowned Miss United Continents 2016 Jeslyn Santos arrived from Ecuador to a warm welcome at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Parañaque City Tuesday night. Santos, 23, is the first Filipino to win the title in the beauty contest which has gained popularity in Central and South Americas. She was met by her mentor John dela Vega who personally handpicked her to join the international pageant. At the airport, some arriving passengers at the lobby of Terminal 1 posed for photos or selfies with the new Filipina beauty queen. The next day, photos of the newly crowned beauty queen landed on the front pages of major dailies in Ecuador.
