(Photo supplied)MUKDAHAN: The last of the seven Uighur illegal migrants who broke out of an immigration detention cell in this northeastern border province on Jan 10 was recaptured on Monday night, police said. A resident later called police, reporting seeing a man walking on the ring road between the sericulture centre and Khok Suwan intersection. Seven Uighur illegal migrants broke out of the detention cell on the night of Jan 10. One was recaptured that day and five others on Sunday.
