Police are speaking to a man after a lazer was pointed at the Otago Rescue Helicopter as it flew over Gore on Wednesday night. Gore police are speaking to a 33-year-old man after a laser was pointed at a rescue helicopter on Wednesday night. A police spokesperson said one person was ejected from the vehicle and was taken to Southland Hospital in Invercargill by rescue helicopter. The man would not have known that the helicopter had already dropped off the patient.
