The six-bedroom house on College St won’t cost takers anything, all they need to pay for is moving it to a new location. Ray White real estate agent Stu Fleming said the current owners had plans for the land, and hadn’t been able to sell the house separately so decided to give it away rather than demolish it. The College St house was well-known in real estate circles, as a substantial house that needed a lot of work – and if it had been smaller or needed less work it would have been snapped up by now.
