CEBU CITY — A policeman was killed following an argument with a father and son tandem in Sitio Kulo, Barangay Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City at past 7 p.m. on Sunday. ADVERTISEMENTMagbanua said that their initial investigation showed that Roxas, of Sitio Kulo, scolded a certain Angelito Malinao for engaging in illegal drug use. Malinao reportedly went home and returned with his father, Domingo Lumungsod Jr., and confronted Roxas. It was then that Malinao pulled a knife tucked in his waist and repeatedly stabbed Roxas in different parts of his body. Roxas was rushed to the nearest hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
