The official player auction for the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2020 is underway on Monday (October 19) as 438 players became available to be signed. The Lanka Premier League is scheduled to be played from November 21 to December 13, 2020, at two venues--Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy and Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Hambantota. Along with all key current international players from Sri Lanka, 75 foreign players also were in the Players Draft to be picked by the five franchises. Other than that, Indian cricketers in Manvinder Bisla and Manpreet Gony also will be part of the tournament.
