ODM party leader Raila Odinga has blamed landgrabbers for the fire that razed parts of Toi market on the outskirts of Kibra, Nairobi, on Tuesday. “This is not the first time Toi is being razed. This was well planned," Raila said at the market. I’m sure landgrabbers are behind this so they can come tomorrow with the help of police officers to evict owners. Calling for investigations, Raila said he would engage other leaders so the find a durable solution.
