Matt Rourke/Associated PressFormer NBA star Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, nicknamed Gigi, died Sunday morning in a helicopter crash. According to ESPN, Orange Coast College baseball coach John Altobelli, his wife Keri and daughter Alyssa died in the crash. "We are stunned and devastated by the news of the sudden passing of Kobe Bryant," the NBPA said in a statement. This is a monumental loss for the entire basketball community and our hearts are quite simply broken. Bryant spent his entire NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers from 1996-2016, helping the team win five NBA titles.
