The Times revealed its list of 50 ideal short vacation spots this week, picking destinations from across the nation. Langdale Chase, located in between Windermere and Ambleside, was one of two spots in the northwest to be included. The only thing said to be missing at Langdale Chase was a spa, with plans in motion to hopefully bring one to the site in 2027.
