KOTA KINABALU: Sabah opposition leader Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin (pic) is set to be reinstated as Parti Harapan Rakyat Sabah president. However, the party is of the view that due to the High Court's annulment of the bankruptcy order on Sept 21, Lajim need not vacate his position. Maijol said that this was because the bankruptcy order had been annulled by the High Court. In view of this, Maijol said Parti Harapan's stand was that Lajim could remain as president. Maijol said this was so that the meetings could decide on Lajim remaining as Beaufort division head and party president.
