The prognosis for Patrik Laine remains promising, though the Winnipeg Jets sniper is expected to miss at least two games with a bruise on his left foot. Maurice isn’t concerned about Laine trying to rush back and doing further damage to the injury. He’s been playing really well lately, not just scoring goals but doing everything well. It’s tough to lose a guy, especially when he’s playing like that. They’re on a roll and they’ve had really good chemistry since Day 1.
