Lai reiterated that nuclear safety, nuclear waste disposal and public consensus are the three key factors the Nuclear Safety Commission would consider. Sources said Taipower plans to submit the restart plan for the Ma-anshan Nuclear Power Plant to the Nuclear Safety Commission on Friday.
